Clinical Study on the Woohwangchungsim-Won (SU-3), Suspension

Abstract
|

|
Woohwangchungsim-Won has been widely used for the treatment of apoplexy, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, insomnia, cerebrovascular accident and neuro-heart acceleration, etc in oriental hospital and pharmacy. Until now, Woohwangchungsim-Won has been used as pills, at present, products in the town are made of pills and patients have difficulty in taking medicine.
So, SU-3 has been developed that the active ingredients of Woohwangchungsim-Won made the products from extraction or suspension in order that it is convenient for taking medicine and fast therapeutic effect. SU-3 and Woohwangchungsim-Won (Kwang-Dong Pharm), pills were as follows: 1. The effect of SU-3 and Woohwangchungsim-Won (Kwang-Dong Pharm) were markedly improved is headache, faintness, a rush of blood to the head, heart throbs and shoulder pain 2. Blood pressure was depressed remarkably in both medicines
3. Aphasia, sensory paralysis of the limbs and hardness to walk were slightly improved but it is considered that the effect of SU-3 is obtained by a long-term dosage. From the above, SU-3 is noteworthy that it presented same of fair effect as Woohwangchungsim-Won (Kwang-Dong Pharm)
